Witness Preparation: a comparative approach and practical tips

Jason Galbraith-Marten KC of Assurety, together with 3-4 practitioners who will share their experiences

Giving evidence is one of most high-pressure situations many people will find themselves in.  Helping clients and witnesses through that process is one of the key roles of a litigation solicitor.  This panel discussion, to be led by Jason Galbraith-Marten KC of Assurety, will look at best practice and the differing perspectives and needs that can arise in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters, with contributions from practitioners from each of these areas of practice.  The discussion will also cover how to address the tensions which can arise on cross-border matters between the approaches taken in different jurisdictions.
