"What's the damage?" A workshop on the calculation of damages in commercial litigation, hosted by FTI Consulting and the JLSLA
The Junior LSLA and FTI Consulting's Economic and Financial Consulting team are pleased to invite you to this upcoming workshop on damages.
In this practical workshop, FTI Consulting will lead the group in a case study designed to demystify the various methods by which experts instructed in litigation quantify the value of commercial claims. By working through a case study, the session will focus on the various components of a damages calculation to assist solicitors in their day-to-day management of a claim, including:
- 1. the basis for making differnt financial assumptions; and
- 2, the effect ofthose assumptions on the damages calculation.
The workshop will be followed by drinks, nibbles and an opportunity to network.
