The work of the Business & Property Courts - what has changed and what will change
The work of the Business & Property Courts - what has changed and what will change
Mr Justice Michael Green, Mr Justice David Foxton, Nikki Edwards (Chair)
The Business and Property Courts have shown a determination to innovate in recent years – from new pilot schemes on disclosure and witness statements, to the increasing use of virtual hearings following Covid. Two distinguished judges will lead a panel discussion (to be chaired by LSLA President Nikki Edwards) on what the future may hold for the English Courts, and what kinds of disputes will be occupying judges. Just as important as hearing from the judiciary is the judiciary hearing from users of the Courts. Please join us for what promises to be a lively and interactive session.
Attendance is not limited to LSLA members. Anyone can apply for tickets via the website
The cost is £25 for members (non-members £30).
