The Disclosure Pilot Scheme – all the juicy details
The Junior LSLA is pleased to announce that it will be holding a Disclosure Pilot Scheme panel discussion and networking evening.
Since it came into force on 1 January 2019, the Pilot Scheme has changed the face of disclosure in the Business and Property Courts. It was designed to address widespread concern expressed by Court users and legal professionals about the costs, scale and complexity of disclosure.
Our esteemed panellists will bring their unique experiences (from designing, adjudicating and bringing the Pilot Scheme into practice, to running disclosure exercises) to a wide-ranging discussion that will cover the formation of the scheme, its goals, its progress to date and where it may be going in the future, as well as offering plenty of practical tips and insight into best practices and working cases caught by the Pilot Scheme. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
The discussion will be followed by drinks, nibbles and an opportunity to network.
The event is kindly being hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills LLP
We hope you can join us for what will be an insightful and informative discussion.
