The increased use of financial sanctions brings with it an imperative for High Court litigators, not only to understand these regimes on their own terms, but also how these affect their clients in live proceedings. One of the pre-eminent practitioners in this area will give her views on how sanctions interact with litigation strategy, including practical tips and how to avoid pitfalls.
