Safeguarding reputation in commercial litigation
Panel Discussion hosted by the Junior LSLA
The Junior LSLA is pleased to announce that it will be holding a panel discussion and networking evening focussing on reputation management in litigation. Entry from 6pm for a 6:30pm start, followed by drinks, nibbles and networking.
The uncertainty and very public nature of litigation can often be a key concern of the client when involved in a dispute, and solicitors are often required to predict and manage reputational risks for their clients. This event will explore the key reputation issues facing clients in litigation and provide practical tips and tools to deal with those issues.
Our esteemed panellists will bring their unique experiences to provide us with best-practice tips and anecdotal stories about their experiences. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and raise topics for discussion.
The discussion will be followed by drinks, nibbles and an opportunity to network.
