Magnificent assets – where to find them and how to recover them: A Panel Discussion hosted by the Junior LSLA

The Junior LSLA is pleased to announce that it will be holding a panel discussion and networking evening focussing on asset recovery in litigation.
Our esteemed panel will grapple with two questions that go to the heart of enforcement – are there any assets and, if so, how can we recover them. Drawing on their vast collective experience in their respective areas of expertise our speakers will explore some of the key themes and issues in asset recovery, whilst touching upon strategies for the more unusual asset classes. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and raise topics for discussion.

The discussion will be followed by drinks, canapes and an opportunity to network.
