Recent figures show a 40% rise in company insolvencies year-on-year.  Our speakers will therefore be offering a very timely guide to one of the key aspects of insolvency litigation – something which should be in every litigator's toolkit – a practical guide to the unwinding of fraudulent transactions in an insolvency situation.
