MOJ – Court Fees: Proposals for Reform

The MOJ has announced a consultation into its proposals for reform of Court fees. Proposed changes include: daily hearing fees in some claims, some increased fees, in some instances, a sliding scale of fees depending on the value of claims, and options to cap fees in larger claims. We are preparing a response to be submitted before the deadline on 31 January 2014.
